Wow! Wow, wow, wow! WOW!!! The price-performance ratio is gigantic! The ground adjustment allows you to adjust the detector to the mineralization of the ground for better sensitivity, which is extremely helpful, especially when searching for small parts. The MI-4 is my first and probably last PinPointer, it makes a very robust and foolproof impression. The battery life is at least 20 hours, if not longer. On the whole, there are only 2 things that indirectly bother me about this PinPointer. Firstly, the charging port is MiniUSB and not MicroUSB, which is why I always have to carry a MiniUSB cable with me. Secondly, the holster takes some getting used to. At the beginning, the PinPointer was still very tightly fitted, but after repeated use it almost falls out. However, as I will soon be buying a new Fundtaschen with an extra compartment for the MI-4 (the one from Whites), the second problem is as good as solved. By the way, the surface of the detector is very rough, which gives dirt and clay a good grip. However, thanks to the waterproof design, the device is very easy to clean. The setting options are flawless and foolproof, but easy to forget without the operating instructions. As an extra tip from me: treat the housing seal with a little Ballistol from time to time to keep it nice and supple and ensure a good seal ;)
