The selection of the right metal probe is explained in detail and in a manufacturer-neutral way, because from our daily practice we know very well how difficult it is for beginners to choose the right detector for themselves.

Chapters 13 and 14 provide very important and elementary basic knowledge about possible metal finds and their further treatment.
