XP is once again raising the high-end boundaries with the Deus II. This new wireless multi-frequency metal detector is unique worldwide in its features and performance. As soon as the coil, remote control, wireless headphones (available optionally), and MI-6 pinpointer (available optionally) are paired, they communicate with each other completely wirelessly and without delay using XP’s patented wireless protocol system (10 times faster than Bluetooth).

This means that the finds/targets detected by the search coil are transmitted quickly and without delay to the remote control and headphones, giving the DEUS II absolutely unparalleled speed and accuracy. Thanks to the FMF® technology (Fast Multi Frequency), the DEUS II performs excellently on any terrain and under all conditions, both on land and underwater.

The audio output of this DEUS II 22 FMC RC version without wireless headphones can be done either via the loudspeaker, the XP bone conduction headphones (optional), the XP wireless headphones WSA II + WSA II XL (optional), or via standard wired headphones with 3.5mm jack that can be connected to the remote control using the XP DEUS II audio adapter).





The user has the possibility to choose between the new fast and simultaneous multi-frequency programs or between 49 single frequencies from 4 to 45 kHz. The graphic below illustrates the sensitivity and iron discrimination capability depending on the frequency. The advantage of the XP Fast Multi-Frequency programs, which cover a broader spectrum of targets, is clearly visible. This is only a basic schematic that can vary depending on the program and actual terrain conditions, but the higher find rate and greater search depth are evident.

With the patented, shock-protected, and waterproof remote control as the Deus II control module, also called RC, the internal settings of the DEUS II can be adjusted. The remote control can be attached to the S-telescopic shaft with a handy clip holder or stored in the supplied belt pouch.



Setting up and dismantling the detector typically takes just a few seconds at XP! And all this without bothersome cables! The patented FMF coil can also be swapped in the blink of an eye.

The slightly modified three-piece S-telescopic shaft at the handle swings excellently, comparatively much better than straight telescopic shafts. The ergonomically shaped rubber handle fits very comfortably and securely in the hand. We think: a metal detector can’t fit in the hand any better.


The XP Deus II remote control is IP68 certified and mechanically designed and waterproof for a diving depth up to 20m.   





XP also presents with the Deus II the first bone conduction headphones (Bone Conduction) for metal detectors available as optional accessories. 
The headphones generate the tones with encapsulated transducers that sit just in front of the ear, i.e. where the temporal bone meets the zygomatic bone. The headphones have an amazingly good sound and give the user the possibility to perceive environmental sounds completely without obstruction from headphone cups covering the ears.

XP Deus II bone conduction headphones can be used up to 20m diving depth and can also be used on land.
