Once the coil, remote control, headphones and pinpointer are paired, they communicate with each other completely wirelessly and without delay (10 times faster than BlueTooth) using XP's patented radio protocol system.This means that the finds/targets detected by the search coil are transmitted to the headphones quickly and without delay, giving the DEUS II absolutely unparalleled speed and accuracy. The user can choose between the new fast and simultaneous multi-frequency programs or between 49 single frequencies from 4 to 45 kHz. The diagram below illustrates the sensitivity and iron discrimination depending on the frequency. The advantage of the XP Fast Multi-Frequency programs, which cover a wider spectrum of targets, is clearly visible. This is just a basic schematic that may vary depending on the program and real terrain conditions, but you can see the higher find rate and search depth.

+ 12 individually storable user programs allow the professional user extremely efficient application options and make it easy for the hobby beginner to achieve the highest find rate with simple operation.
With the patented, shockproof and waterproof remote control as Deus II control module, also called RC, the internal settings of the DEUS II can be adjusted. The remote control can be attached to the S-telescopic rod with a practical clip holder or stored in the supplied belt pouch.
With XP, assembly and disassembly of the detector typically only takes a few seconds! And all that without annoying cables! The patented FMF coil can also be replaced in no time at all.
The slightly modified 3-part S-telescopic handle with handgrip swings excellently, considerably better than straight telescopic handles. The ergonomically shaped rubber handgrip is very comfortable and non-slip in the hand. We think: a metal detector couldn't fit better in the hand.
The XP Deus II Remote Control is IP68 certified and mechanically designed and waterproof for diving up to 20m. 
With the Deus II, XP also presents the first bone conduction headphones for metal detectors optionally available as an accessory.
The headphones generate the tones with encapsulated transducers that sit just in front of the auricles, i.e. where the temporal bone meets the zygomatic bone. The headphones have an amazingly good sound and offer the user the opportunity to perceive environmental sounds completely without obstructive headphone shells covering the ears.

WS6 is not just a wireless audio headphone. The XP Deus WS6 wireless headphones control the functions of the miniature electronics integrated into the search coil. Without Deus II remote control, the WS6 wireless headphones can also be connected directly to the search coil to form an independent and extremely lightweight unit.
