The F22 is currently one of the most successful entry-level detectors in the world! F22 - the improved successor to the F2 comes completely redesigned in a weatherproof and rainproof design! This extremely practical design alone is a hit with many searchers. No more search aborts in sudden rain and snowfall!
The also completely redesigned, waterproof concentric 23.5cm high-performance triangle search coil saves weight and improves search performance in all areas. The narrow shape facilitates separation on sites with heavy metal contamination, while the drop shape increases the search depth. The display looks very tidy and clear. And the F22 is indeed intuitive to use. If you don't want to search with headphones, you can now adjust the integrated loudspeaker in 10 levels.
The easy-to-use notch filter system is also very pleasing, which can be particularly useful for beach and park searchers to avoid having to dig out unnecessary, recurring scrap parts. Pre-programmed disk programs are available for selection: Jewelry, Coin, Artifact and Custom (user program).

I received the Fisher F22 from you on 03.11.20, today (09.11.20) I have already found a good quarter of the new price in euro coins on our festival meadow and on some playgrounds, that's how it should be! For me as a hobby beginner, it is a very good metalldetektoren. I also ordered the protective cover for the display so that I can have fun with the detector for a long time. So you can continue to probe even in light rain. I've already made some great finds with it.

Easy to use, lightweight and especially the volume control was a decisive factor for me in choosing the F22. It saves me the annoying fiddling between detecting and digging that you sometimes have with headphones. The F22 has proven itself very well when searching for beaches and has already brought me quite a few coins. :-) Thanks to the slim coil, it is also suitable for searching in dense woodland. However, if you want to search in the field, I think you should consider buying an additional coil with more area coverage. The only unfortunate thing is that you could really do with a display light in the early morning or evening. However, spending a lot more money on the F44 just for this was not worth it to me. That's why "only" 4 stars from me. Apart from that, I can highly recommend the F22 to any beginner.
