Information on delivery times

Items in stock are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Otherwise, the delivery time is 3–5 working days. With our large range of goods, it cannot always be avoided that individual products are temporarily out of stock due to high demand. If an item from your order is not available, we will inform you immediately about the expected delivery time and will also be happy to recommend another item from our range. Items not in stock at the dispatch centre are shipped after an average of 4 working days, but for a few products it can take up to 7 working days. If you have ordered several items and one item from your order is out of stock, we will send you the available items from the order in advance. The out-of-stock item will be sent on free of charge as soon as it is available again.
