Return shipment
Shopping without risk: At Metalldetektoren.de you can return your order within 14 days if you don't like the goods. You will then get your money back. Please create a returns label in the DHL returns portal

Important: Please note that we can only accept unused and undamaged goods in their original packaging for returns. Items with signs of wear, soiling or damage, as well as returns without original packaging, must unfortunately be sent back to you.

Complaint
Have you received an incorrect or faulty product? At Metalldetektoren.de we carefully check all products before shipping. Nevertheless, it can happen that you receive incorrect or defective goods. You can return or complain about such a product. Simply create a returns label in the DHL returns portal.

Guarantee / Warranty
The statutory warranty period applies to all items. During this period you are entitled to subsequent performance, rectification of defects and replacement delivery if the conditions are met. If you need to make a claim under the statutory warranty, we are happy to help.

Transport damage
Please check each parcel shipment for damage while the parcel carrier is present. If the parcel is damaged or repaired with shipping tape, report the damage to the carrier immediately. Have the claim confirmed in writing. In case of doubt, refuse acceptance of the parcel and contact us. We will send a replacement as soon as possible.
