Returns
Shopping without risk: At Metalldetektoren.de you can return your order within 14 days if you do not like the goods. You will then get your money back. Please go to the DHL returns portal to create a returns label.

Important: The goods must be unused and undamaged. They must not have any signs of wear or damage. It should also be returned in its original packaging. We do not accept dirty, scratched or damaged goods. Goods without original packaging will also be returned immediately!

Complaints
Have you received an incorrect or faulty product? At Metalldetektoren.de we check all products carefully before dispatch. Nevertheless, it can happen that you receive incorrect or defective goods. You can return or complain about such a product. Simply create a return in the DHL returns portal to create a returns label.

Guarantee / Warranty
The statutory warranty period applies to all items. During this period, you are entitled to subsequent performance, rectification of defects and new delivery if the conditions are right. If you need to make a complaint within the statutory warranty period, we will be happy to help you.

Transport damage
Please check every parcel while the delivery person is there to make sure it is undamaged. If the parcel is damaged or has been repaired with transport tape, report the damage to the deliverer immediately. Have the complaint confirmed in writing. If in doubt, refuse to accept the parcel and contact us. We will send a replacement as quickly as possible.
