Return consignment
Shopping without risk: At Metalldetektoren.de you can simply return ordered goods within 14 days if you are not happy with them and get your money back. Please create a QR code or a returns label in the DHL returns portal. Please have the QR code scanned with your smartphone at your parcel acceptance point. Alternatively, you can print out a returns label and stick it on your parcel. Important: The goods mustbe returned unused, undamaged without any signs of wear or damage and in their original packaging. Soiled, scratched or dirty goods or goods without original packaging will not be accepted or will be returned immediately!

Complaints
Have you received an incorrect or even faulty product from us? At Metalldetektoren.de, all products are carefully checked before dispatch. Nevertheless, it can happen in individual cases that you receive incorrect or faulty goods. Of course, you can return or complain about such a product. Simply create a QR code or a return label in the DHL returns portal.

Guarantee / Warranty
The statutory warranty period naturally applies to all items. For all defects in the items occurring during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for subsequent fulfilment apply, i.e. for rectification of defects/replacement, as well as - if the legal requirements are met. If you have a complaint within the statutory warranty period, we will of course always be happy to help you.

Transport damage
Please check every parcel consignment in the presence of the parcel deliverer to ensure that it is undamaged. If the parcel is damaged or has obviously been repaired with the carrier's adhesive tape, please complain about the damage immediately to the parcel deliverer and have your complaint confirmed by them in writing. In case of doubt, refuse to accept the parcel and get in touch with us. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
