We are specialized in XP Metal Detectors, Nokta, Quest and Garrett metal detectors. Please arrange a prior appointment by phone at +49 (0)173 870 70 75.

Your detector will be returned after prepayment (bank transfer) or, if requested, after PayPal payment. Please contact us before sending in the product and briefly describe the damage (preferably with a photo by email). We will clarify with you in advance whether and how we can help. We will, of course, inform you of the costs before repair. Please send us the products in a clean condition for repair – thank you.
  

Unfortunately, we cannot process your order without the enclosed repair certificate. Repairs under warranty are only possible with a copy of the original invoice. Your detector will be returned after prepayment (bank transfer) or, if requested, after PayPal payment.

Repair service is no longer available for the following detector brands: Whites, Tesoro, BountyHunter, Fisher. The reason is simple — we no longer have spare parts for these.
