The Pro-Pointer AT is characterized by many technical features that will help you with your final location on land and underwater search. It works via a 360° all-round detection surface and pinpoint location at the tip. The acoustics and sensitivity of the PinPointer are adjustable. It has 3 sensitivity levels and the new "fast retune" function for faster adaptation to the various detection fields in the environment. The robust scratch edge is an advantage. No more "leaving things lying around", because the Garrett Pro-Pointer AT has a "Lost PinPointer Alarm". If the Pro-Pointer AT is switched on for longer than 5 minutes without you pressing a button, the Pro-Pointer AT starts to emit a progressively louder sound. This means that your PinPointer will no longer get lost. It will alert you if you leave it lying around. The Pro-Pointer AT only switches off automatically after five minutes of sending the "Lost Pin Pointer Alarm".
A helpful printed ruler in inches and centimeters is embossed on its housing. The bright orange color keeps the PinPointer conspicuous even under water and in foliage. The belt holster fits any standard belt. A piece of metal is incorporated into the holster so that the PinPointer is not stuck in the holster when switched on.

The PinPointer is waterproof up to 3 meters according to standard IP 68 (protection class International Protection 68! Impervious to dust and contact. Waterproof, because it is protected against the ingress of water in the event of permanent and complete immersion in water).
