Honest advice
The most expensive detector is not always the right one. If a cheaper model is enough for your purposes, we will tell you.
And if a detector does not suit your ground or your targets, we will advise against it – even if we have it in our range.
Online shop only: We do not have a retail shop, so unfortunately visits are not possible. Advice is given by phone – just as personal, and you save yourself the journey.

Does the advice cost anything?
No. Telephone advice is free of charge and without obligation – afterwards you decide in your own time whether and where to buy.
When can I reach you?
By phone Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm and Friday from 9 am to 12 noon German time, except on public holidays. Outside these hours you can request a callback or write to us via WhatsApp or by email to [email protected].
Can I visit you and look at detectors?
Unfortunately not. We are an online-only retailer without a shop. Advice is given by phone. With our 30-day right of return you can try out your detector at home at your leisure.
Do you also help after the purchase?
Yes. If you have questions about settings, firmware updates or problems with your detector, simply give us a call. We also offer a repair service for XP detectors.
Do you also advise authorities and explosive ordnance disposal services?
Yes. In addition to hobby detectorists, we also advise public authorities, explosive ordnance disposal services and commercial users.
