NOVUS VIA SMART PACK cleaning system

The high effectiveness of the cleaning systems from NOVUS VIA has been adjusted to the current high level on the basis of many different tests with various types of billon coins, silver coins and silver jewelry. This cleaning system allows you a comfortable, economical, effective and yet gentle cleaning of billon & silver of any kind.

Due to the higher viscosity of these gels, porous and cracked structures of a filigree ground coin made of billon, for example, are less intensively stressed than with a conventional silver or acid immersion bath. This is an enormous advantage for coins with a high copper content. Furthermore, extremely economical dosing is possible with this cleaning system.

The surface of the object to be cleaned only needs to be covered with a thin film of gel and can be used several times in succession. A further advantage of NOVUS VIA gels is that heavily soiled areas of an object made of billon or silver can be treated precisely and locally in order to maintain a natural appearance.

The cleaning results of this cleaning system are quite outstanding. However, because there are countless coin and jewelry variations with a wide variety of alloys, it is not possible to guarantee 100% success. Accordingly, the use of NOVUS VIA products such as cleaning gels, polishes, pre-cleaning sprays, acid neutralizers (including their refilling) and the manual cleaning utensils is the user's own responsibility, to the exclusion of any warranty and liability.
