In difficult terrain, such as ground scrapped with cartridge cases or small pieces of aluminium, the Gmaxx 2 indicates such objects at a medium pitch, while particularly high-quality precious metals can be recognized by a high tone. In the combination of these three basic tones, however, the Gmaxx II has another advantage: it is able to generate different tones simultaneously. This happens with objects with different conductance values.

Compared to the double-D series coil, the detection field is tapered/smaller towards the bottom, so that a better separation of debris is possible. A nice side effect is that this coil increases the sensitivity to small parts. Note:
