Shipping with DHL
We work closely with DHL — our parcels are collected directly from our warehouse every day. If your order is received by 1 pm (goods in stock), it usually leaves our warehouse the same day and, with a probability of 99 %, is delivered to you on the following working day.

Delivery periods: Unless another period is stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 1 – 2 days, and deliveries abroad within 2 – 5 days of conclusion of the contract (for prepayment, from the time of your payment instruction). There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. We ship exclusively within Europe. No shipping costs apply to digital content.
Tip: Order by 1 pm on a working day and your order will leave our warehouse the same day.

We want to make your purchase in the Metalldetektoren shop as convenient and straightforward as possible. That's why you can choose between various payment methods when you order.
Prepayment
Transfer the amount directly to our bank account. Please state your order number as the payment reference. We will ship as soon as your payment has been received. Bank details on request.
PayPal
Pay by credit card, direct debit, invoice or in instalments. PayPal instalment payment is an offer from PayPal and depends on your credit rating — metalldetektoren.de has no influence on this.
Credit card via PayPal
You don't need a PayPal account. In the checkout, choose "PayPal, direct debit, credit card" and then credit card — convenient and secure.
Google Pay via PayPal
Fast and easy with the Google Pay app on Android devices. Works with numerous debit and credit cards and any bank account via PayPal.
Apple Pay via PayPal
Convenient, secure and confidential on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Simply confirm your purchase with Touch ID or Face ID — without entering your credit card details.
Invoice Regular customers
Regular customers can buy on account (this is enabled automatically in the shop). We also supply public institutions, authorities and large companies in Germany on account by arrangement. Payment term 14 days net, insured shipping on the day of the order.
Cash on delivery Regular customers
You pay the parcel carrier directly. Not available for guest orders. Only possible for orders up to €1,500. €6 cash-on-delivery fee plus €2 transfer fee per parcel (charged additionally by the shipping company). No delivery to parcel lockers (Packstation).
Klarna pay by invoice
You receive the goods and have 30 days to pay Klarna. The invoice is sent by email on dispatch, and the payment information separately from Klarna. You can see the current payment status at any time in the Klarna app or at klarna.com.
Klarna Sofort
Secure and convenient direct bank transfer using your usual online banking details (PIN/TAN), without registration. We receive real-time confirmation and can ship items in stock immediately — you receive your order faster.
Amazon Pay
When paying with Amazon Pay, you simply use your existing Amazon login details — convenient and secure, without entering your details again.
