Repair form

Many detectors sent in have no technical defect – often there is an operating error. Moisture problems or interference can be caused by ground that is difficult to detect on, interference from electric fences, high-voltage lines, robotic lawnmowers, underground cables and radio and transmission sources such as mobile phones or receiving systems.

Before returning, please read the user manual again, place the detector near a radiator to dry and test it in another location (not in or near your home). If you are unsure whether there is a defect, please feel free to contact us by phone beforehand.
