Warranty conditions

XP DEUS - 5 year limited warranty
- XP warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years.
- This contractual warranty on parts and workmanship is effective from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover
- Breakage due to drops, impacts and accidental damage.
- Damage caused by improper use, gross negligence or non-compliance with the
due to non-compliance with the contents of these operating instructions.
- Damage caused by the opening of the housing and changes to the electronic circuitry
by unauthorized persons.
- Use without or with damaged coil protection.
- Corrosion of electrical circuits due to the ingress of water / moisture.
- A reduction in battery capacity due to ageing of the battery.
- Breakage of cables or wires.
These spare parts are also not covered by the 5-year warranty:
- Wearing parts such as headphone ear pads, coil screw accessories, coil protectors, bags
etc.. (These wearing parts and accessories must be replaced when worn in such a way that no damage occurs to the device),
that no damage occurs to the device).
- Batteries, chargers and their connecting cables and plugs are covered by a 2-year guarantee.

In the event of damage, send the detector to your XP dealer with a description of the fault and, in the event of a warranty claim, with proof of purchase at your own expense and responsibility.
If a defective device or parts thereof are replaced as a result of your warranty claim, the warranty will continue to run from the original date of purchase.
