We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we grant you an extended right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 30 days. This gives you enough time to check the products at your leisure and make a well-considered decision.

Conditions for returns:

Please note that devices should be returned in their original packaging – including all accessories, manuals and seals. This is the only way we can guarantee smooth processing and take the items back into our range. If items are returned used, damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to charge appropriate compensation for loss of value.

Our extended 30-day right of return applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal. Detailed information on your statutory rights can be found in our cancellation policy.
