A robust spade with a sharpened blade and secure tread edge. Similar to the Bundeswehr triple spade or folding spade, it is extremely robust. The extra sturdy wooden handle prevents it from breaking easily, even with heavy use or heavy materials. This makes this field spade an indispensable companion for the explorer.
