Nokta THE LEGEND 2 – professional next-generation multi-frequency metal detector.

Built on the DNA of a proven detector, shaped by the voices of detectorists worldwide and designed for the future. The Legend 2 is a fully professional detector with numerous adjustable settings. It is more powerful, lighter and more user-friendly.

The Legend 2 comes with Bluetooth headphones including charging cable and case, and with two search coils: the standard LD28 and the smaller LD21.

What makes the Nokta The Legend 2 so special?

With much faster software, 99 target IDs, improved audio and a revised user interface, the Nokta The Legend 2 sets a new standard in multi-frequency detection. With the new Relic mode, a lighter and more ergonomic design, a rotatable search coil and up to 33% longer battery life, it is designed for maximum performance and comfort. It is fully waterproof to 5 metres and compatible with low-latency Bluetooth and bone conduction headphones. Whether you are looking for coins, jewellery, relics or small gold nuggets: The Legend 2 delivers performance, precision and reliability without compromise.

How is the Nokta Legend 2 built, and what makes its design so robust and comfortable?

The Nokta Legend 2 is designed for stability, comfort and durability. The detector has an adjustable carbon fibre shaft that extends from 63 cm collapsed to 145 cm. The adjustable armrest can also be moved into the right position with a single click. This makes it compact to transport and suitable for users of any height.

With a total weight of only 1.2 kg, the Legend 2 sits light and comfortable in the hand even on long outings. The carbon fibre construction provides an excellent weight-to-stability ratio, so the detector swings smoothly and steadily.

In addition, both the control unit and the search coil are fully waterproof (IP68) to 5 metres, so the Legend 2 can easily be used on the beach, in the rain, in wet ground and even underwater.

The Legend 2 exudes high quality – not only through its detailed appearance, but also through the solid yet refined feel in the hand.

Where can you search with The Legend 2?

The Legend 2 is designed to perform in very different environments. Thanks to advanced simultaneous multi-frequency (SMF), a choice of single frequencies (4, 10, 15, 20 and 40 kHz), waterproofing (IP68) to 5 metres and the included search coils, you can search effectively in parks, fields, woods, on beaches, rivers, historic sites, in and under water and even in highly mineralised goldfields. The time of day doesn’t matter either: with display, keypad and coil lighting you can keep searching at dusk and late into the night. Whether you are looking for coins, jewellery, relics or small gold nuggets – The Legend 2 delivers performance, accuracy and reliability without compromise.

Which search coils come with The Legend 2?

The Legend 2 comes as standard with two high-quality search coils:

LD28 – 28 cm round search coil
An all-round search coil suitable for almost any terrain. It offers an excellent balance between depth and sensitivity for both small and larger objects.

LD21 – 21 x 14 cm elliptical search coil
Lighter and more flexible in use, ideal for fast, precise locating and for searching for very small objects. Perfect for tight spaces, such as between trees and bushes, and it offers less resistance in water.

Optionally available:

LD38 – 38 x 30 cm large search coil
Thanks to its larger area, it is particularly suitable for covering large areas efficiently. This search coil also achieves extra depth when locating larger objects.
