APPLICATION
The MAGNEX® 120 LW is used to detect ferromagnetic objects located in the ground or at the bottom of bodies of water. Another field of application for the MAGNEX® 120 LW is borehole probing, where magnetic anomalies need to be detected at greater depths or in heavily disturbed search areas. MAGNEX® probes are among the top products on the international market.
The probe contains inductor technology developed by Ebinger. The base distance is approximately 430 mm. The design is robust and waterproof. It has a high long-term consistency in terms of parallelism and swing alignment.
BOREHOLE PROBING
A special water cable enables borehole probing. The cable has a standard length of 25 m and connects the probe tube to the device electronics in a pressurised water-tight manner. Ebinger can also supply longer cable lengths on request.
EFFICIENCY THROUGH MULTI-CHANNEL SYSTEMS
Multi-channel systems from Ebinger make every probe more accurate and economical. The systems can be used flexibly, both hand-held and vehicle-supported. Multi-channel systems reliably record the data during the search process without the need for an expert to be present. The expertise is limited to the subsequent evaluation of the data on the computer.
Digital measurement data systems are used for geotechnical preliminary exploration (technical survey) and for quality assurance and control of cleared areas (QA/QC).
