APPLICATION
Ebinger locators are a byword for pioneering technology, reliability and quality in underwater technology. The UWEX® 725 K represents the latest state of innovation for a variable UW search system that can be offered in application-specific variants.
The index K stands for combi version, consisting of basic components that are supplied as a packaged unit. Due to its technical complexity, the combination version is the most powerful variant in the Ebinger UW programme. The large loop technology achieves performance parameters that differ significantly from conventional technology.
The functionally important components can be interchanged when using a larger number of units.
The system can be extended accordingly with special accessories. There are even variations in the use of the search electronics, which the customer can decide for himself. However, the electronic design differs for normal and military applications, where special specifications must be observed.
MODE OF OPERATION
Like other - active - UWEX® detectors, the UWEX® 725 K works according to the pulse induction method (PI), which was developed by the German engineer Claus Colani. Ebinger acquired his patent rights and thus became the first manufacturer of PI devices in Germany.
