WS2 Channel is the new modified XP wireless headset system. It was specially developed for XP detectors. As the product name suggests, the new system has two selectable input and output channels to prevent interference between two XP users.
The modified WS2 channel headphone system incorporates two microprocessors, one for the transmitter and one for the receiver, a wireless digital connection. The sound quality is better than with wired headphones. There is no annoying noise or crackling, it is a perfect signal transmission without any data loss!
Another major advantage of the WS2 channel system is that the miniature transmitter is pre-installed in the electronics box at the factory (ADX150, ADX150PRO, ADX 250, ADVENTIS 2, G-MAXX II, GOLDMAXX POWER). The transmitter is mounted directly on the circuit board of the XP detector to save space and protect it, so no additional power supply is required.
The detachable receiver is mounted directly on the headphones and weighs only 30g including the rechargeable lithium battery. Two separate channel frequencies are available from the factory to prevent any possible interference between two viewfinders located at close range to each other.
The headphones with receiver are foldable. The receiver can be detached from the headband and operated with its own headphones (cable).
The WS2Kanal is equipped with an auto-off system that switches off automatically after 5 hours. This minimizes the risk of accidental deep discharge. If the system switches off after 5 hours during the search, simply switch it on again as described above.
