MAGIC HOLSTER When we talk about Quest, we talk about innovation and this is evident in the new Magic Holster for the XPointer Max. The constant switching on and off of the pinpointer during the search is no longer necessary with the Magic Holster. Once you have switched on the XPointer, it automatically switches to standby mode as soon as it is placed in the magic holster. When you pull it out, it immediately switches back on. This saves a lot of time and makes the search process much more pleasant.
Design The XPointer Max stands out from other pin pointers thanks to its innovative, high-quality design. It has a non-slip grip that sits comfortably in the hand, two easy-to-press buttons that are always within reach of the thumb. It also has a transparent search tip and a small illuminated display on which you can see what you are currently setting and whether the object found is iron or valuable metal.
Waterproof The XPointer Max is completely waterproof up to a maximum underwater depth of 5 metres. This has the advantage that you can also use this pinpointer under water. Even a rain shower is no problem, and after your search day you can simply rinse the XPointer Max under the tap.
Built-in loudspeaker The XPointer Max has a speaker in the battery cover, which allows you to hear the sounds very clearly, comparable to a full-size Metalldetektoren speaker. If you remove the battery cover, you will see that the speaker is connected to a 3.5 mm jack, which you can also use for headphones.
Built-in battery The XPointer Max naturally also has a built-in rechargeable battery. The 1000 mAh battery delivers maximum power and can be charged via a USB cable.
Settings and display The XPointer Max has three detection modes, sound only, vibration only and sound and vibration simultaneously. In addition, the sensitivity can be adjusted in 4 levels and you can switch the searchlight on or off. All settings can be read on the illuminated display - no more guessing in the dark.
Discrimination The Xpointer Max can distinguish ferrous from non-ferrous metals using two different tones, two different colours of LEDs and a visual indicator.
